Many women are not happy with the size of their breast and would love for them to bigger, rounder, and fuller. There are a few non-surgical options that women can use to increase their breast size. One cheap and easy option without side effects are breast enhancement exercises.

Breast enhancement exercise mostly allows women to firm up the breast. It really won’t do much for the shape or size of the breast. Your chest muscles will get stronger and you will look fuller!  Here a few common breast enhancement exercises to try at home:

The common pushups - Pushups will help in toning-up the muscles of the chest that shelter the bosoms.

  1. Find a flat surface for you to lay face down flat on your stomach.
  2. You should then bend your knees. Make sure to cross your ankles for leverage.
  3. You should then start bending your elbows. While doing this, make sure to keep your palms aligned with your shoulders.
  4. Start raising your body with as much balance on your elbows and palms. You should still keep your ankles crossed for this step. Aside from having more leverage, you won’t have to raise that much weight. Make sure not to straighten your elbows when you raise your body. This just might cause much damage to your joints.
  5. You should lower your body slowly. However, do not lie down. The angle at which your body is positioned should be decreased just until your arms are now aligned with the flat surface.

Side swerves – This technique asks the woman to sitting upright on a chair and placing the arms on the hips. Then, she is asked to keep her spine straight as much as she can and she is asked to turn as leftwards as possible. Now she has to hold herself at the far left for some seconds, she then reverses her position to the far-right. This will help to tone-up the underarm structure and the sides of the bosoms offering enlarge breasts.

The kneeling dip – In this, the performer should kneel onto the floor with the knees suitably apart. She should then lower herself up to an extent that the head comes in between the thighs, but comfortably. In this, the efforts are to be felt onto the breasts. This is proven technique to develop frontal organs, especially the area where the nipples and the areolas present.
